Dream Me A Dream

Since you're a dreamer, please dream of me.
I want to see the rainbow's end. Lets go flying
on colors of wishes that come true.
Dream of places where we are overlapping souls,
adrift on laughter and smiles.
Picture puffy clouds fluttering past,
against a backdrop of azure skies
Paint a sunset before my eyes ... count the stars
as they fall, and grace us with a celestial surprise.
Upon our blanket some will land ... the rest
are the diamonds in your eyes.
Take me to the willows, whose tender arms
carry us when we need to rest.

Since your a dreamer, please dream of me ... Where at least
I'll be happy in someone's dreams!
